We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience.  The following Hotel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the ALVAH HOTEL. These Hotel Policy are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.  As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy, terms and conditions, and procedures.

 

TARIFF AND SETTLEMENT OF BILLS

The tariff is for the room only and is inclusive of any government axes and complimentary breakfast. Other services are available al extra cost. Guest registration forms must be duly filled, signed and all bills must be paid on arrival. Cheques are not acceptable and customers must ensure all receipt are collected for all payment made

GUEST CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT 

Guest check in and Check out time is 12Noon. Please inform the reception if you wish t retain your room beyond this time. Additional 50% room rate will be charged for all check-uulalter 12 Noon, but full room rate will be charged after 6pm.

GUEST’S BELONGINGS

Guests are to deposit their valuables with the front desk, our room keys are to be dropped at the reception anytime guest arc leaving the premises. Loss of room key attracts penalty charge. Management will be liable for any form of theft or pilferage if guest fails to adhere to this rule.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Bringing goods and/or storing of raw food stuff or articles of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods or objectinable nature is PROHIBITED. The guest shall be hid fully liable to the hotel for SAFETY FIRST financial losses or otherwise, which occurred as a result of negligence or non-observance of the stated rules and regulations by the guest or his/her visitors. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, Narn mable objects, poisons, drugs, and pungent food are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.

 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND THEFT

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by the guest or any person for whom they are responsible. Also, theft of any hotel item or property may be prosecuted

MISUSE OF ROOM AMENITIES AND PROPERTIES

Misuses of bedsheets, duvet, pillow cases, towels etc., in any manner ather than the appropriate use shall attract charge. Also manhandling of our mechanical, electrical/electronic appliances is PROHIBITED. Should you need any assistance with our equipment and appliances, please contact the reception for assistance.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

Using photographs and videos taking in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so may be subjected to prosecution.

SMOKING AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Smoking is PROHIBITED in all the rooms and maximum occupancy for each room is two(2) except family booking,

CAR THEFT

The hotel will not be liable for any theft of vehicle in our parking arcas, all vehicles are parked a owner’s risk.
